Why it happens

Same-station transfers use a dedicated lane and skip the main exit (30 min). Different-station means exiting, metro/taxi, and re-security (90 min in the same city).

Fastest fix, free: For same-station, follow the 换乘 signs (30 min). For different-station, allow 90 min and pre-book the metro or taxi.
