You need a receipt for your ride
Open ride history, tap Receipt or Invoice, download a PDF, or request a 发票 within 30 days.
A 发票 needs your name, within 30 days.
What you'll see
If you need proof of the ride, the app issues it separately:
No receipt · Invoice unavailable
滴滴 App 显示:无收据 / 发票不可用
Error-text level: L2 (observed wording). Exact in-app strings are being verified against a live device.
Why it happens
A simple ride receipt, PDF, is quick, but a Chinese tax invoice, 发票, needs your name and must be issued within 30 days of the ride.
Fastest fix, free:
Open the ride in history, tap Receipt or Invoice, and download the PDF; for a 发票 enter your name within 30 days.

- Note: 发票 only within 30 days of the ride.
When the fast fix isn't enough
In the kit
When finance rejects the e-receipt, the kit shows the fapiao path that is accepted.
1. The lookup table
How to get a real fapiao finance accepts, not just the e-receipt.
2. The trigger matrix
Which rides qualify for 发票 vs only a PDF receipt.
3. Offline printable version
The request steps as a printable card.
If nothing works
If the receipt is missing or rejected:
- Keep the e-receipt screenshot as proof.
- Ask the platform for a fapiao if rejected.
- Request the receipt via Didi support if missing.
