Why it happens
Drivers rely on the pin you drop. A vague or wrong pin, or a gated building, makes the meet-up hard, and language gaps make calls unhelpful.
Fastest fix, free:
Open the in-app chat, tap Share Location, and send the name of a nearby store or metro station in Chinese.
