The driver can't find you and keeps calling in Chinese
Use the in-app chat and share your live location; send a nearby landmark in Chinese.
A vague pin leaves drivers searching.
What you'll see
If the driver cannot find you, the pickup point is unclear to them:
Driver cannot locate you · Confirm pickup
滴滴 App 显示:司机无法定位您 / 请确认上车点
Error-text level: L2 (observed wording). Exact in-app strings are being verified against a live device.
Why it happens
Drivers rely on the pin you drop. A vague or wrong pin, or a gated building, makes the meet-up hard, and language gaps make calls unhelpful.
Fastest fix, free:
Open the in-app chat, tap Share Location, and send the name of a nearby store or metro station in Chinese.
