Why it happens
Many foreign accounts are limited to a single bound card. WeChat and Alipay track this limit separately, so the same physical card can live in both.
Fastest fix, free:Remove the existing card, then add the new one — or keep one card in WeChat and put the second in Alipay, since the limits are separate.
